Woman A Week Shopping is a one woman show! I do the graphics, the coding, the marketing, and anything else there is to do here.

My name is Teri and the whole site started several years ago when I became interested in writing short informational biographies about women who have made a difference in our world. The site title is "A Woman A Week." That was because of an online month-long trivia game that I had become involved in called "The Sphinx." Produced by MomsOnline, I became so involved that I became a part of the behind the scenes staff that produced the game. MomsOnline closed down, and the three of us that had been working on that game began another along the same lines titled "Athena Asks." The workload was extreme, the game began to lag in interest, I suspect because there were no prizes for the winners, and sadly, we shut it down.

I am retired and a full-time RV'er with 14 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. I became forcefully retired after a near fatal accident many years ago that left me disabled. My husband works a job that keeps us traveling, thus the reason that we're RV'ing around the country.

This shopping feature has come about as a necessity to supplement our income. With all that family, Christmas and Birthdays are a very large strain on the budget, not to mention the costs of fuel.

I/We are hoping that you'll find everything you want including coupons, rebates and bargains for all of our merchants, and that you'll bookmark our site, and shop here whenever you go shopping on the Internet.

If, for some reason, you don't see a store here where you'd like to shop, please check the store listing at TaylorShopping.com. (I own that site too) There is a search engine there too for a limited number of stores. Have a look at the list at TaylorShopping.com before you search. The search tool here searches ALL the merchants listed on this site.

Thank you ever so much for visiting and remember, please bookmark/fav place Woman A Week Shopping, and come back often. We are growing by leaps and bounds.
